Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with their transportation needs - Manage fleet operations, including dispatching and tracking vehicles - Coordinate transportation planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods - Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) such as Keystone - Maintain accurate records of shipments - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred - Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including dispatching, tracking is beneficial - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient typing skills to accurately enter data into systems - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with GPS technology for tracking vehicles is beneficial This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your customer service skills while gaining experience in transportation operations.
